Cancellation Policy
Deposit and booking protection To secure your booking and ensure priority in my schedule, full payment via e-transfer is required once your date and time are confirmed and agreed upon. This payment holds your place exclusively and is non-refundable or transferable in priority status. In the event of a scheduling cancellation, your booking will not be lost, instead, you will retain top priority for rescheduling, allowing us to realign your service at the next available time that works for you.
